BYBROOK HOUSE
A beautiful new build oak frame house built by Cedar Construction SW Ltd and designed by Roderick James Architects.
An existing bungalow was demolished and replaced with what you see now. Accommodation comprises of open plan living space, four bedrooms ensuite, kitchen, utility, landscaped garden and car/boat storage.

While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. "The project was carried out efficiently and professionally, with constant contact, when necessary, with ourselves. This was extremely important due to fact that we were based in Cheshire and could not project manage the build. Our visits were intermittent and irregular and we relied on David's day to day project management. This led us to have to depend on his reliability and efficiency.
